Our clients are nonprofit visionaries and leaders who are passionate about their organization’s purpose and potential. Each organization’s culture is uniquely shaped by the personalities and expectations of its stakeholders: the executive, board members, staff, donors, volunteers, and recipients of services.

Nonprofits come in all shapes and sizes and all of them share the goal of attracting the resources they need to grow.

  • You have great people on your board but some of them suffer from a lack of understanding about their roles and responsibilities. Meanwhile, you are left feeling alone at the helm and vulnerable.

  • You’re wrestling with many of the same issues you had last year. You’ve attended some excellent training seminars but the results are short-term and nothing seems to change. The enthusiasm you feel at seminars fades once you return to the office.

  • You’re considering a campaign in the future and want to prepare. You realize that behind-the-scenes preparation clarifies the vision, sets the intention, and can identify potential challenges and special gifts - you’re not sure where to begin.
